Flange-mounted electrical feedthroughs for signals, power, high voltage, and D-sub connectors. They carry conductors through a ConFlat wall without a sliding seal. Available in any variant including:
- Type K thermocouple feedthrough
- High-voltage high current feedthrough with an isolated thermocouple circuit
- Dual Type K TC pairs
- D-sub feedthroughs
Signal and power feedthroughs, and D-sub feedthroughs. D-sub feedthroughs pass a multi-pin connector pattern for instrumentation. Power feedthroughs use heavier conductors for heaters and motors. High-voltage feedthroughs are the insulated standoffs used on electron-beam supplies. Our e-beam evaporator, IR lamps, and sample heaters all land on feedthroughs of these kinds: filament power, beam voltage, and thermocouple pairs.
Pin count, voltage, current, and flange size are built to order. Typical specifications:
- Types: signal, power, high voltage, D-sub, and thermocouple
- Mounting: ConFlat flange
