Custom ConFlat flanges and fluid feedthroughs, built to order
Custom stainless steel ConFlat (CF) flanges and flange-mounted fluid feedthroughs for UHV systems. Fluid feedthroughs carry water, liquid nitrogen (LN₂), or process gas through a CF flange to in-vacuum cooling lines, cold fingers, gas dosers, and other hardware.
Flanges are made to the customer's drawing or design requirements, for cases where a catalog flange doesn't fit. Typical work includes:
- Blank, tapped, and through-hole flanges with custom bores, counterbores, and bolt patterns
- Single- and multi-tube fluid feedthroughs with tube stubs or fittings on the air side
- Reducing, zero-length, and non-standard thickness flanges
- Flanges with integrated mounts or features for in-vacuum hardware
- Standard CF sizes from 1.33″ (CF16) through 10″ (DN200CF), and larger on request
