Atomic hydrogen from a compact e-beam evaporator body

The Hydrogen Cracker produces atomic hydrogen by passing H₂ through a replaceable tungsten capillary heated by electron bombardment. It is built on the Ebeam Evaporator Source and mounts on a single 2.75″ (DN40CF) flange, so it fits most UHV chambers.

An upgrade kit converts an existing MTS e-beam evaporator to a hydrogen source.

Options

Upgrade kit: Adds hydrogen cracking to an existing MTS e-beam evaporator. Includes leak valve, tungsten capillary, holder, and gas line.

Electronics: Runs from the Ebeam Electronics control unit.
